Directions
Remove bread from cooler and score with 3 diagonal cuts. Place loaves into proof box for 45-60 minutes at 100 degrees F with 85% humidity. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 390 degrees F with 30 seconds of steam. When bread is pulled from oven, immediately spray uniformly with Sunset Glaze. Allow to cool at room temperature.
This bread can be sold in the service bread case. 1 lb. loaves can be sliced or left whole and packaged in a 9 x 16 poly bag. Place scale label on the back of package. This product is non-refrigerated.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
