Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely if frozen. Remove from package. Oven: Preheat to 275 degrees F and place lean side down in pan. Roast uncovered 55-85 minutes per pound and reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees F. Remove and rest 10 minutes before slicing. Pressure Cooker: Cut roast into 2-3 pieces and place in pressure cooker with 1/ cup water. Set cooker to high pressure for 1 hour (adjust for mini cookers). Natural release for 15 minutes. Remove and pull pork apart. Pressure cookers and ovens vary. Adjust cook time and instructions accordingly.
Keep refrigerated.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
