Cook thoroughly. Quorn Meatless Kickin' Chiqin Cutlets are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Kickin' Chiqin Cutlets reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook in the Oven or Air Fryer. Cook times mat vary for different appliances or if more than one serving is cooked together. Oven 20 Min: Pre-heat convection oven and a baking sheet to 400 degrees F. Remove baking sheet from oven and prepare with cooking spray. Place the Quorn Meatless Kickin' Chiqin Cutlets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping them half-way through cooking time for maximum crispiness. Air Fry 15 Min: Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. Place 1 Quorn Kickin' Meatless Chiqin Cutlets in air fryer and cook for 15 minutes or until cutlet is thoroughly heated. Always cook thoroughly.
