Directions
To Enjoy. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover & steep for 10-15 min. Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 1 cup, preferably at bedtime. Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older: drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
