From our home to yours. Amy's Mexican Casserole Bowl is truly delicious. Drawing on the rich Mexican heritage of our California community, Amy's chef, Fred, has created a dish that combines the authentic flavor of the traditional tamale with the easy eating convenience of Amy's entrees in a bowl. It's made from organic white corn masa, black beans, sweet golden corn and tomatoes with olives and a careful blend of chili peppers and spices. We're sure you will welcome and thoroughly enjoy this addition to Amy's family of Mexican food. Family Owned Since 1987: After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products.
Ingredients
Filtered Water, Organic Corn, Organic Corn Masa (organic Stoneground Corn, Trace Of Lime), Organic Black Beans, Monterey Jack Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Olives, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Onions, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Spices, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Cilantro.
Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 10-15 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
