Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen to an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Pan Sear (Chef Recommended): Lightly oil a non-stick skillet or coat with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat to medium high heat. Cook burgers for 4.5-5 minutes per side until dark golden brown. Grill/BBQ: Coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat to medium high heat.
