Cook thoroughly. Preparation Directions: Microwave: Cut a 1 inch slit in the film. Microwave on high for 2 minutes (Cooking times may vary, heat thoroughly). Carefully remove film film, mix gently and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove film from oven-safe bowl and place on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack and cook for 25-30 minutes (Cooking times may vary, heat thoroughly) until heated throughout. Food Safety Tips: Fully cooked products must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher. Bowl Safety Tip: Oven should not exceed higher than 400 degrees F.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
