Enriched Yellow Corn Meal (yellow Corn Meal, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin And Folic Acid).
Directions
Bake: Yellow Corn Bread: Servings: 8. Ingredients: 1-3/4 cups Hannaford plain yellow corn meal. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup sugar. 1-1/4 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp salt. 1-1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/4 cup melted shortening. Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat 8x8 pan or skillet with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients until blended. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until light brown. Old Fashioned Hushpuppies: Servings: 14. Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups Hannaford plain yellow corn meal. 1/8 tsp salt. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 large egg (beaten). 1 small onion (minced). 1 tsp sugar. Directions: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. In a bowl combine cornmeal, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add in egg and onion and mix to combined until a batter is formed. For best results, allow to rest 2-3 minutes. Drop in small amounts of batter (approx. quarter sized balls) into hot oil, being careful not to splash. For best results, do not over crowd fryer and work in small batches. Allow batter to cook for 3-5 minutes, turning and flipping gently fryer. Remove from oil and allow to cool on rack or paper towels.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
