Ingredients
Tomatoes (tomato, Tomato Puree, Tomato Puree, Tomato Juice, Salt), Onion, Red And Yellow Bell Peppers, Black Beans, Sour Cream (cultured Pasteurized Light Cream, Nonfat Milk And Enzymes), Jalapeno, Garlic, Cilantro, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Spices, Citric Acid, Oregano.
Directions
Perishable - Keep refrigerated. Good for 7-10 days once opened. Step 1: Combine 1 tbsp of milk or water per egg into a bowl and whisk vigorously (longer whisking = fluffier eggs). Season with salt and pepper. Add butter (optional) in a pre-heated non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour eggs into hot pan. Step 2: Choose you own adventure - Scrambled Eggs: Add Scramble and stir until heated through. Omelet: Do not stir. Once eggs set a little (after about a minute), use a spatula to pull the edges of the egg to the center, allowing the liquid egg to flow underneath. Add Scramble to one side; lift one edge and fold over. Cook through. Flip entire omelet over to cook the top for 30 seconds. Frittata: Add Scramble and stir. Cook until set around the edges. Place in 375 degrees F oven (using oven-proof pan) for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly-golden brown on top.
