Cooking Directions: Tip: 1. Place 4 lb of meat in a large pot. Pour 15 oz of assi BBQ Sauce over the meat. Marinate it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For best taste, add vegetables such as fresh mushrooms, sliced onion, scallions etc., cover and refrigerate overnight. 2.
