Salt, Garlic, Romano Cheese Flavor [Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures And Enzymes), Food Starch-Modified, Whey, Maltodextrin, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Disodium Phosphate], Spices, Onion, Food Starch-Modified, Red Bell Peppers, Lemon Juice Powder (Maltodextrin, Lemon Juice Solids).
Directions
Time.
Prep time: 20 minutes.
Cooking time: 30 minutes.
You will need.
1 pkg. Sauer's zesty herb marinade mix.
1/4 cup water.
3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
3 tbsp. white vinegar.
2 lbs. beef, chicken or pork.
Directions.
1. Combine marinade mix, water, oil and vinegar in a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl; blend well.
2. Add meat, turning to coat. Seal bag or cover glass bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes, turning meat occasionally.
3. Remove meat from marinade; discard remaining marinade or use for basting during first half of cooking.
4. Grill, broil or pan fry, as desired.
Makes 10 servings.
Variations.
Try marinating vegetables prior to grilling. Use balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar.
