Keep frozen. Cooking: Note: Appliances may vary. Adjustments to time and/or temperature may be needed. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen popcorn fish on baking sheet. Bake 14 to 16 minutes on middle oven rack. For best results, turn popcorn fish over after 7 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen popcorn fish for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain before serving. Pan Fry: Preheat 1/2 inch cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen popcorn fish for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently. Drain before serving.
