Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Bake: Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F. Place in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Bake until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F** as measured with a meat thermometer.
Cooking times may vary. Directions are based on thawed (not frozen) product.
**Do not exceed 170 Degrees F as the product will lose too much moisture. Grill: Preheat grill. Sear 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times.
Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F** as measured with a meat thermometer.
