How to Prepare: Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake breasts on a parchment lined pan for 18-19 minutes turning halfway. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. If cooking from frozen, add 6-7 minutes. Pan-Fry: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before preparing, Lightly spray a nonstick skillet with oil and bring to medium heat. Cook breasts for 11-12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes. Brown evenly and cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep refrigerated. If purchased frozen, use product within 14 days of thawing. Use of freeze within 3 days of opening.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
