Keep frozen/cook thoroughly. Microwave (1000 watts): Do not peel back film. Microwave on High for 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from oven. Remove film. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
