Long Grain Basmati Rice: Water, Long Grain Basmati Rice, Refined Vegetable Oil.


Directions

You Will Need: 1/2 lb thawed boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 2); 1 tbsp oil. For the Sauce: 1. Cut chicken into 1-inch (or smaller) chunks; set aside. 2. Add 1 tbsp oil in a skillet and heat. Saute the diced chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 3. Add the contents of the sauce pouch to the skillet. On medium heat setting, bring the product to a steady simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. For the Rice - Microwave: Tear the top corner of the rice pouch about 1 inch where indicated. Stand the pouch in the microwave and heat on full power for 1 minute. Open pouch and empty contents on a plate or serving dish. Fluff the rice with fork. As microwave ovens vary, adjust heating times as needed. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Skillet: Open pouch and tip contents into a large skillet. Add 2 tbsp of water and heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Store unopened carton at room temperature. Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.
