Water, Tomato Paste, Onions, Cane Sugar, Autolyzed Yeast Extract (Kosher for Passover), Salt, Celery, Carrots, Garlic, Black Pepper, Whole Celery Seeds, Guar Gum, Bisulfate of Soda, Caramel Color, & Spices.
Directions
Easy as: 1. Place 3-5 lb brisket fat side up in a roasting pan in a 450 degrees F oven for a half hour. 2. Pour contents of bottle over the brisket, cover entire pan with foil. 3. Reduce heat in oven to 325 degrees F and cook till fork tender (3-5 hours depending on size of brisket). To Serve: For best results, separate Brisket from dripping, then refrigerate Brisket & Drippings overnight. Slice the brisket against the grain. Remove the excess fat from the drippings. Combine drippings with the brisket. Cover with foil, and heat in 375 degrees oven until hot (approx 45 minutes). Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
