Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Zap it quick! Prep in 6 minutes. Microwave oven (1200 watts). 1. Pop it in! Remove tray from outer carton and place meal in microwave. Cook on high for 2 minutes. 2. Stir it up! Remove tray from microwave and carefully pull back film. Stir steak and vegetables thoroughly and stir rice thoroughly. Replace film and cook on high for 2 minutes. 3. Serve it up! Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Cook tortilla packet on high for 45 seconds. Carefully remove and get your Friday's on!
