streusel topped peach pie: ingredients: 1 refrigerated pie crust fc, 2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling) fc, 1-1/4 cup flour fc, 1/2 cup sugar fc, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon fc, 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut up fc, cooking directions: position one rack in center of oven and a second rack below, place a 12x12-inch sheet of foil in center of lower rack. Preheat oven to 375°f. Soften pie crust according to package directions. Unroll crust into a 9-inch glass pie dish and crimp edge of crust. Spoon peach pie filling into crust. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches. Place dish on center oven rack directly over foil on lower rack. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Shield crimped edge of crust with strips of foil during last 15 minutes of baking to prevent overbrowning. Cool on wire rack before serving. Makes 8 servings, fc = food club brand.
