Cook thoroughly. Conventional oven: 16-18 mins : Preheat oven to 450 degrees f, bake frozen plant-based tenders on a nonstick baking sheet for 16 to 18 minutes, turning once halfway through. Microwave (1100 watt)/oven: 8:45-10:45 mins short on time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees f, place two frozen plant-based tenders on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. Countertop air fryer: 14-16 mins arrange single layer of plant-based tenders on bottom of fryer basket or rack, cook at 400 degrees f. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat! For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees f.
