Testing before missed period? This pregnancy test can be used up to 4 days before your expected period, which is 5 days sooner than waiting until you miss your period to test. For best results it is recommended you test the day of your expected period. Levels of the pregnancy hormone vary greatly, which makes testing earlier less reliable. If you test early and get a negative result, it is recommended that retesting is done on the day of your expected period. In laboratory testing, this pregnancy test detected: the pregnancy hormone levels in 53% of women at 4 days before their expected period, in 74% at 3 days before their expected period, in 84% at 2 days before their expecter period and in 87% at 1 day before their expected period. Collect your urine in a clean, dry cup. Note, only a small volume is needed. (The fist morning urine is highly recommended but not required). Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch, places on a flat, dry surface. Draw urine into the Urine Dropper provided. Hold the dropper upright about 112 inch above the test cassette, squeezing gently, add 3 drops of urine into the Round Well. Read test results after 3 minutes.
