Adults and Children Over 18 Years: Squeeze desired amount of Capzasin Quick Relief Gel onto affected area; using the sponge-top applicator, massage dispensed gel into painful area until thoroughly absorbed; repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 to 4 times daily; if medicine comes in contact with hands, wash with soap and water. Children 18 Years or Younger: Ask a doctor.

Read and follow all directions and warnings on this carton, rare cases of serious burns have been reported with products of this type, do not bandage tightly or apply local heat (such as heating pads) or a medicated patch to the area of use, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, do not apply to wounds or damaged, broken or irritated skin, a transient burning sensation may occur upon application but generally disappears in several days, if severe burning occurs, discontinue use immediately and read inside carton for important information, do not expose the area treated with product to heat or direct sunlight, do not use at the same time as other topical analgesics. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
