Our Suddenly Deli Salad mixes are the perfect side to a main dish and combine the ease of pantry stocking with the crispness of vegetables. Just add water, sour cream and prepared frozen corn kernels for a delicious deli salad with a homemade taste. Simply mix vegetable blend with boiled water; prepare the frozen corn; mix sour cream, water, and dressing mix; combine; and enjoy. You can customize this cold salad your own way with additional toppings like diced grilled chicken, green chiles or shredded cheddar cheese.

Dehydrated Vegetables (Black Beans, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic), Maltodextrin, Spice, Salt, Sugar, Contains 2% or Less of: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Vinegar, Canola Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Lime Flavor (Gum Arabic, Natural Flavor, BHA [Antioxidant]), Lime Juice.
Directions
You will need: 1 (16-oz) bag frozen corn kernels; 1/2 cup boiling water; 1/2 cup sour cream; 2 tbsp water for dressing. Directions: 1. Add vegetable blend and 1/2 cup boiling water to medium bowl; stir. Set aside. 2. Cook frozen corn according to package directions; drain if necessary. Add to vegetable blend. 3. Stir together sour cream, 2 tablespoons water, and Dressing Mix in small bowl. 4. Add dressing to corn and vegetable blend; stir well to combine. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Refrigerate leftovers.
Stir-In Ideas: Stir any of the following into your finished salad: diced grilled chicken; diced green chiles; shredded cheddar cheese.
