Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Conventional Oven: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 1 minute. Place fish on a single layer and air-fry for 10-13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Special instruction: This is a guideline - reference air fryer instrument manual. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155 degrees F before enjoying! Use care to not overcook.
