Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated. How to Prepare: Thaw in refrigerator. Lightly coat with your favorite oil to prevent sticking to grill or pan. Our organic beef cooks quickly. Cook 2 minutes per side (160 degrees F internal temperature). Cooking Tips: Using a Skillet or Grill: Sear meat using a med-high heat for 2 min. per side and then reduce heat to med and complete cooking. Using a Broiler: Sear meat first for 2 minutes per side to lock in moisture and then place in broiler at 350 degrees for 4 minutes or desired wellness. Occasional basting helps keep meat moist. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some foods products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your best protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
