Directions
You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (For easier step, buy already cut-up uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. Look in the grocer's meat case.); 2 tablespoons butter; 1-1/4 cups milk. Pasta: 1. Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water (Add 1 tablespoon oil to boiling water before adding pasta to prevent sticking.). Heat to boiling; stir in pasta. Gently boil uncovered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pasta from heat; let stand up to 5 minutes before draining, Drain pasta before serving; cover to keep warm. While water is heating and pasta is cooking, continue with step 2. Chicken: 2. Cut chicken into thin strips (2 x 1/4 inch). Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over high heat. Add chicken; cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until outsides turn white. 3. Stir in milk and seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve - 4. Stir in creamy sauce; heat about 1 minute or until hot. Remove from heat. Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture (sauce will thicken as it stands). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Chef-Inspired Tip: Instead of chicken, cook 1 lb deveined peeled large shrimp until pink; remove from skillet. Add 2 cups broccoli florets with the milk and seasoning; cook until tender. Stir in shrimp.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
