Pan Fry: 1. Moisten chicken thoroughly in egg wash. Firmly press chicken into the Coating Mix until completely coated. Shake off excess. 2. Fill skillet halfway with oil and place over medium-high heat to reach 350 degrees F. Oil is ready to use when a pinch of breading dropped in the oil sizzles without burning. 3. Add chicken to the hot oil and fry 3-5 mins (10 mins for bone in). Flip chicken halfway through cooking time. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Oven Bake: 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (375 degrees F for bone-in chicken). Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 2. Moisten chicken with beaten egg. Firmly press chicken into the Coating Mix. Shake off excess. 3. Bake chicken in pan with raised rack for 20-30 minutes until golden brown to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. For bone-in chicken, bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Flip halfway through cook time. Enjoy! Coats up to 3 lbs. of chicken. Air Fry: 1.
