Ready to cook. Keep frozen. Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. For best results, cook burgers from frozen. Pan Fry: 1. Heat 1 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet over medium. Add burgers. 2. Cook 10 minutes, turning as needed for even browning, until fully cooked. If burgers brown too quickly, reduce heat to medium-low. Broil: 1. Heat broiler. Arrange burgers on pan. Adjust oven rack so tops of burgers are 4 to 6 inches from heat. 2. Broil 10 minutes, turn over. Broil 10 minutes longer until fully cooked. Grilling Tip: Use broiling times to estimate grilling times. For food safety, cook to 165 degrees F throughout as measured with a food thermometer. Oven temperatures and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Tips: Tzatziki Sauce - Combine 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. Spread over cooked burgers.
