Microwave Directions: Microwave ovens vary - Adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F. Measure temperature in several spots using a food thermometer. Do not thaw, cook from frozen. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F prior to consumption. Instructions are for one product at a time. Leftovers should be refrigerated immediately. Reheat via stovetop. Directions prior to consumption. 1. Open bag and place approximately 10 oz (1/4 of bag contents) of frozen product in microwave safe dish. 2. Add enough water to cover product. If using cover, ensure it is a ventilated dish. 3. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. 4. Let stand for 1-2 minutes after cooking in the microwave. Carefully handle dish and remove from microwave with two hands. Take care when handling dish will be hot. Stir, drain and serve. Microwave Cook Time: 1200 wattage; 4.5 minutes. 1000 wattage; 5 minutes. 800 wattage; 6 minutes. Stovetop Directions: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2 quart sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup of water. 2. Cook covered over medium heat for 11 to 12 minutes or until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. 3. Let stand after cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and serve. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F.
