My pasta is made using traditional Italian recipes, like my grandmother's. My gnocchi recipe is a special one, as it reminds me of the comforts of childhood. Water, Potato Flakes (potatoes, Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Diphosphate, Citric Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate And Ascorbic Acid), Wheat Flour, Cornstarch, Semolina, 2% Or Less Of Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Citric Acid, Sorbic Acid.
Directions
For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions to ensure product reaches 160F.
Preparation: 1. Heat 6 quarts of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt. 2. Put Gnocchi in boiling water. Cook until Gnocchi float. (2-3 minutes). 3. Remove and drain. Toss pasta in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve.
Cook thoroughly. Keep refrigerated.
