The name ‘Le Rose’ harkens to the floral hints of this variety as well as the Tasca’s family roses grown at the Estate. Made from the native Sicilian variety Nerello Mascalese, planted by the Tasca family in 1974, this unique rosé exhibits savory notes of white wines with the fruity elegance and structure of reds. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for a period of 14 days at a controlled temperature of 15°C (59°F), the wine ages for 3 months in stainless steel tank. Soft and well-balanced on the palate, this wine contains notes of wild rose, fresh strawberries and hints of aniseed, with a fresh and persistent finish. The Regaleali Le Rose will pair well with a wide variety of food. The 2021 vintage received 92 points from James Suckling and 90 points from Vinous.
