Gas Grill Directions: Preheat Grill: Set all burners between low and medium maintain approximately 400 degrees F with lid closed. Place Pizza on Grill: Place pizza directly on grate in center of grill. Close lid. Grill 17 minutes total (with lid closed). Grilling Pizza: After 9 minutes, rotate pizza 180 degrees. Close the lid and continue grilling for another 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly bubbling in the center, crust is golden brown, and product has reached 165 degrees F.
