But despite her farm's impressive history, Lena's commitment is to the future. Her enthusiasm for both biodiversity and dry land conservation tillage has inspired her to help revive ancient grains in the region. Grains like einkorn, emmer and specifically the nutritious spelt we use in our Farm to Table Organic Ancient Grain Oatmeal, Lena's high standards make her a perfect partner-farmer for Farm to Table. Low in saturated fat. Cholesterol and sodium free. High in dietary fiber.
Ingredients
Organic Oats, Organic Kamut Khorsan, Organic Rye, Organic Spelt, Organic Barley, and Organic Flax.
Directions
Use 2/3 cup water for every 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Put oatmeal and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil then cool on medium/low heat stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes depending on desired consistency. Top with brown sugar, honey or maple syrup. Finish with a splash of cream, milk or half-and-half. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy! Microwave: Put 1/3 cup of oatmeal and 2/3 cup of water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir and cool for another 1-1/3 minutes. Let cool. Top with your favorites.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
