Produced with hand-harvested fruit grown to flawless maturity in the well-drained soils and ideal sun exposure of the esteemed To Kalon Vineyard, which lies at the foot of the Mayacamas Mountains in west Oakville, this cabernet sauvignon wine was crafted through repeated tasting trials and aged for 21 months in 100% new French oak barrels. A California red wine blend composed of 93% cabernet sauvignon, 5% cabernet franc, and 2% petit verdot grapes, this dark red wine is deep, vivacious, and juicy with a beautiful flow from first sip to its lovely, lingering finish. Pair this California wine with aged cheeses, charcuterie, ribeye and wild mushroom tartlets or other grilled steak, or enjoy a glass of wine on its own.
