Directions: As a Soaking Solution: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr. Teal's Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to help soothes tired, achy muscles. As a Warm Compress: Dissolve 1 cup of Epsom Salt in 1 quart of warm water. Using a towel, apply solution to the affected area for 15-20 minutes to ease pain and reduce swelling. Repeat as needed.
Good for 12 months once opened.

Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes, except on advice of physician. For external use only. Do not ingest. Use only as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult a physician if irritation persists. If product enters the eye, wash out thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
