Recipe for image on front label. 25 minutes. 1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Ranch Night Black Pepper Parmesan Seasoning Mix. 2 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 tbsp. Oil1 cup Water. 8 oz. Whipped cream cheese. 1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast† to skillet and sear on both sides.2. Turn heat down to med-low, add seasoning, water and dollops of whipped cream cheese. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is cooked through.3. Remove chicken to a plate. Whisk sauce mixture in skillet until smooth. Return chicken to skillet. †Always follow USDA guidelines for cooking and handling meat. Optional: Serve with vegetables. Alternative preparation: In step 3, chicken can be shredded before returning to skillet. Stir to distribute sauce. Serve with bread.
