How to Apply: The insole should fit in your shoes without any adjustment. Ensure the insole is positioned, fabric side up, against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level and comfortable before wear. Adjustment Phase: As with many medical aids, the Neo G Pro-Expert 3/4 Length insole may feel uncomfortable to wear at first. It is recommended that you start by using the insole for 1 or 2 hours per day and slowly increase use until it feels comfortable. Normally, this should not take much longer than a week but if you still find it uncomfortable to wear after this period, please contact your podiatrist or medical professional.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Wash & Car: Materials: EVA, Polyester The insoles can be cleaned by hand using soap and lukewarm water only (do not use fabric softener), then leave to air dry in a flat position. Do not fully immerse the insole in water or use any external heat sources as this can damage the product. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or iron.
