We make our own sourdough bread by hand using just flour, salt and water. Precut for portion control and easy reheating. Obsessible sourdough snacks. Our Story: I started, a friendly bread as the milkman for fresh, delicious bread in Baltimore, my customers kept telling me about the life-changingly tasty grilled cheeses they were making with our popular sourdough, I decided to perfect my own recipe, which won the grand prize at Baltimore's battle of the brands, this victory inspired me to share them far and wide, from, my kitchen to yours - heat it up and enjoy! - Lane.
Ingredients
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough (enriched Wheat Flour (niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour), Water, Raisins, Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Brie Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Less Than 2% Of Olive Oil
Directions
Heating Instructions: Remove from package. Snap in half along pre-cut line. Preheat toaster to 450 degrees (425 with convection or air fryer). Bake in tray on bottom rack 6-8 minutes (Varies based) or until cheese is melted (8-10 minutes (Varies based) if frozen) on toaster strength. In a hurry? Microwave for 1 minute or 2 minutes if frozen. Let sit for 45 seconds before eating.
Keep frozen. Storage: Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 6 months.
