Preparation Instructions: Preheat: Oven to 350 degrees F for metal and glass pans, 325 degrees F for dark or coated pans (Add 3 to 5 minutes to bake time for dark and coated pans. Cake is done if toothpick inserted comes out clean. Do not test for doneness by touching with finger). Blend: In large mixing bowl, at low speed until moistened: Cake mix. 1 cup water. 3 eggs. 1/2 cup oil. Beat: 2 minutes at medium speed or 450 strokes by hand. Pour batter into pans. Bake: Following chart below. Cool in pan 10 to 20 minutes (tube pan 25 min.) remove from pan and cool top side up. Frost when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Pan Size: Two 8 inches x 1-1/2 inches round layers. 26-31 minutes. Two 9 inches x 1-1/2 inches round layers. Bake Time: 23-28 minutes. One 13 inches x 9 inches x 2 inches oblong pan. Bake Time: 23-28 minutes. Approx. 24 cupcakes (fill 1/2 full). Bake Time: 18-21 minutes. High Altitude Directions (Over 3,500 Feet): Heat oven to 375 F. Stir in 1/3 cup flour into mix. Use 3 eggs, 1 cup water and ¼ cup oil. Mix as directed above. Two 9-inch pans 27-30 min; 13 x9 inch pan, bake 28-32 min, 10 inches or fluted tube pan 38-42 min; 24 cup cakes 14-17 min. 8-inch cake not recommended.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
