Keep frozen. For food safety and quality follow these cooking directions. The internal temperature of this product needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure product is cooked thoroughly by checking temperature in several spots. Preparation: Stovetop (Recommended): 1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, add desired amount of quinoa. 2. Cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. 3. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute. Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: 1. Place desired amount of quinoa into a microwave-safe dish. 2. Cover and microwave (high) 4 minutes (Appliances vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.), stirring halfway through, until hot. 3. Carefully remove from microwave; let stand 1 minute. Stir and serve. Caution: Product and container may be hot. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
