Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality follow these cooking directions and cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Ensure mussels are fully opened before serving. Discard any mussels that have not opened after cooking. Cooking Directions: Stovetop: 1. Remove vacuum-sealed inner pouch from outer printed bag. 2. Place unopened pouch into boiling water, boil for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. 3. Carefully remove mussels, discarding any unopened mussels. Serve and enjoy! Microwave: 1. Remove vacuum-sealed pouch from outer printed bag. Puncture holes in pouch with a fork and place on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave (high) for 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. 3. - Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
