Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Stove-Top: Coat bottom of skillet with 1 tablespoon oil; add 2 or 4 frozen chicken breasts. Cook over medium-high heat: 2 breasts, 6 to 9 minutes per side, 4 breasts, 8 to 12 minutes per side, until chicken is no longer pink, juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Grill: Prepare the grill for medium heat. Position the grill rack about 6 inches above the heat source and lightly brush the rack with oil. Cover and cook the frozen chicken for 10 minutes on one side; turn the chicken over and cook for 3 to 12 additional minutes or until the juices run clear. Chicken is done when the thickest part of the chicken is pierced and the temperature on an instant read thermometer reaches 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
