Organic Whole Oats*, Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour*, Chocolate Chips (cane Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Beans), Natural Brown Sugar, Organic Cane Sugar**, Organic Ground Flax Seed***, Baking Soda And Sea Salt.
Directions
What You'll Need: 1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla + 6 Tbsp butter (or substitute). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper or non-stick spray. Empty mix into large bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 6 tbsp very soft butter. You can also use a combination of oil and butter, coconut oil, or vegan alternative. Beat with mixer until combined. Form one-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Do not brown the top of these cuties - cookies will have a shiny center. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes. For prolonged storage, freeze cookies. Makes about 38 cookies.
