ThermaCare® Muscle Therapy Cold Wraps are designed with TargetTemp Insulation Technology™ to deliver constant, comfortable cold so you can wear them continuously. ThermaCare Cold Wraps are formulated to provide effective relief without the icy shock that’s often accompanied by traditional ice packs—and best of all, each wrap be reused and refrozen up to 10 times. They deliver constant cold to joints and muscles. ThermaCare Cold Wraps ease strains, sprains, arthritis pain, and more. Each pack can be refrozen and reused up to 10 times.
Directions
• Remove from carton• Freeze before use• Place over affected area with the blue gel packs toward skin, and secure wrap• Do not over-tighten elastic strap as this may cut off circulation• Apply up to 30 minutes. Then remove for 30 minutes. Repeat above steps as necessary. Refreeze before each use• Do not apply longer than 30 minutes per application• Adult supervision is required when using on children under 12 years of age• Do not use on children under 2 years of age
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Each heat cell contains iron (-2 grams):• Can be harmful if ingested. If ingested, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Center immediately.• If contents come in contact with eyes or clothing, rinse affected area with cold water Do not use:• On areas of the body where you can't feel cold (no sensation)• On people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly• On children under 2 years old• On open wounds, or unhealthy, damaged or broken skin Do not microwave or attempt to heat for any reason • Use as directed to avoid injury• Remove the product and consult a physician if you experience any discomfort, burning sensation, skin irritation, severe skin redness, increased swelling or if your symptoms persist or worsen• As with other cold therapy products, this product may cause frostbite, especially if label instructions are not followed correctly• Adult supervision is required when using on children under 12 years of age Ask a doctor before use if you have:• Poor circulation• Diabetes• Cold hypersensitivity• Or are pregnant Stop use and ask a doctor:• If you experience any discomfort, burning sensation, skin irritation, severe skin redness, increased swelling• If your symptoms worsen or persist

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.
- Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
