Cook & Eat (100 watts): Microwaves and ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let cool before enjoying. Remove wrapper and place Alpha Wrap on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove wrapper and place frozen Alpha Wrap on oven-safe dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes. Cook thoroughly.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
