This Mexican tequila is made with a dedication to quality and sustainability, using only the finest ingredients, including 100% CCOF Certified Organic blue agave grown in the rich, volcanic soil of Jalisco. The agave is masterfully harvested, slow-cooked in stone ovens, and gently spun using Casa Noble’s unique proprietary juice-extraction process. The agave tequila is then aged for two full years in new French oak barrels sourced from some of France’s most respected cooperages, including Taransaud in Cognac and Nadalié in Bordeaux.
