Our Pasta: We select only superior quality semolina obtained from the grinding of the best wheat grown in Italy. Our selection is determined by the gluten level of the wheat, the quality of the proteins, its core parameters, the cleanliness and the flavor characteristics to elevate our pasta from good to mouthwatering. All of these characteristics are what make the pasta cook al dente and unique in its kind, differentiating our pasta from the rest. Directions
Cooking Time: 11-13- min. Add pasta a little at a time to boiling water. Stir gently to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan. After boiling, let it cook according to the time on the package. After cooking, drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
