Filling: Pork, Cabbage, Onion, Water, Green Onion, Soy Sauce (water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Textured Soy Flour. Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper. Wrapper: Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Soybean Oil, Salt.
Directions
Heating Instructions: Microwave: Place the frozen mini Gyoza between wet paper towels on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 1-2 minutes. Heating times may vary. Adjust time as needed. Pan Frying: Preheat large frying pan on high and add 1 tablespoon of oil to coat pan. Place 12 frozen Gyoza in single layer onto pan and heat 1 minute or until lightly browned on bottom. Reduce to medium heat and add 1/4 cup water into pan. Cover and heat 4 to 5 minutes or until all water has evaporated. Serve immediately. Dumpling Soup: Place desired amount of frozen Gyoza into a pot of soup stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle chopped green onions over dumplings to taste. Serve while hot. Deep Fry: In a deep fryer or skillet, heat oil to 3S0 degrees F. Fry small amount of frozen Gyoza for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve while hot. Use caution when frying, oil may splatter.
Keep Mini Gyoza frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Serve hot Mini Gyoza with equal portions of Kikkoman soy sauce and Marukan Rice Vinegar for dipping, as desired.
