For our gluten-free battered fish fillets, we've taken delicate, wild caught Alaska pollock and covered it in our crispy, gluten-free pub style batter to recreate your favorite pub right at home. At Orca Bay, seafood is what we do. With over 30 years of exceptional seafood experience, we take pride in bringing you our winning blend of quality, value and innovation. Wild, natural & sustainable. Alaska Native Owned proceeds support Alaska Native communities. Certified NMSDC - MBE (Minortiy Business Enterprise) 2020: When you buy Orca Bay products, a portion of the proceeds goes back to our majority owner, Sealaska, an Alaska Native Corporation. Your support makes an economic and cultural impact for Sealaska's more than 22,000 tribal-member shareholders and their Alaska Native communities. We know our success depends on improving the health of the oceans which is why we target well-managed fisheries and work with those whose mission aligns with our own.
