Directions
Unprepared: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Remove all labels: Cut along dotted line to remove top label. Keep bag with meat sealed. Bag will self-vent during cooking process. 3. Place bag on foil-lined sheet pan with flat side of package facing up. 4. Place pan on middle rack of pre-heated oven. Cook 90 min at 350 F. 5. Remove pan from oven. Ensure beef reaches an internal temperature of 145 F as measured by a food thermometer. Allow product to rest for at least 3 minutes. 6. Cut open bag with scissors, and empty into bowl. 7. Optional: Toss with your favorite BBQ sauce.:Slow Cooker: 1. Open the bag and empty the contents into a 2-quart slow cooker.
